What the audit collects
The Revenue Leak Audit collects the answers you provide about your business operations, along with your first name, last name, business name, business email address, phone number, city, state and industry. It also records that you agreed to be contacted and the time that agreement was given. The audit does not ask for and should never be used to submit customer records, customer names, customer phone numbers, customer email addresses or customer databases.
Why it is collected
The information is used to review your answers, identify whether missed calls, unsold estimates or inconsistent follow up may be creating recoverable opportunities, respond to your submission and determine whether a practical next step exists.
How Cypress Digital Group may contact you
By submitting the audit you agree that Cypress Digital Group may contact you by email or telephone about your audit and the information you submitted. You may ask to stop being contacted at any time by emailing david@cypressdigitalgroup.com.
How information is stored
Submissions are stored in a private database that is not readable by the public. Access is limited to the business owner through a password protected administrator area.
Service providers
Cypress Digital Group uses third party service providers, including website hosting, database hosting and email and customer relationship management providers, which may process the information described above in order to deliver those services.
